- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 pack cream cheese
- 2 cups grated cheese
- 4 rashers bacon
Cut slits into the top of chicken breast.
Mix cream cheese & grated cheese well
Roll into logs and refrigerate for ease of handling.
Put cheese mixture in slits of chicken. Wrap bacon around breast.
Place on baking paper in baking dish. No oils needed)
Bake uncovered until cooked. Approx 40 minutes in moderate oven.
Serve with greens and mash as desired.
